Can I play sport with my hair system? Yes you can, our hair units can withstand lots of physical activity, however some caution is recommended while playing certain sports that involves physical contact. You will receive instructions on how to do this during our maintenance and after care guide .

Do I need need to grow my hair for my hair analysis? Yes, in order for us to determine your hair loss pattern, hair texture and colour , you will need to have your hair at least 2 to 3 inches long (roughly 6 centimetres)
